the Dr's solution: put cheese and a pat of butter on all her food
seriously!? no thanks
I'll keep at it with the avocado, coconut
and now cheese, whole milk
and whole milk yogurt
I prefer my children to
learn bad eating habits
MUCH later in life :p
but I welcome any suggestions :)

What's wrong with a small child? Is she sickly? Probably not! Just let her be small. No need to fatten up!
oh come on?! She's a girl!! Let her be little, maybe she'll thank you later! :o She is tiny, though! And adorable, I can't believe she's ONE!
I say don't do anything differently than what you listed! As long as she's not significantly dropping off any growth curve, she's fine! Grace is in the 5th percentile, and while I only wish I could give her milk-fat products (but can't with her allergy) and fatten her up a little, her peditricians aren't concerned as long as she continues growing along that curve. So don't worry!!!!! She looks like a very healthy and happy girl!
