Snow Day

Xander had a blast playing in the snow. Well, mostly he scooped some up in a shovel and flung it (you know, like he does with dirt. and sand..... :P).....but obviously his favorite thing was eating it :D
I just can't relate. But I'm glad he had so much fun!
When he was done he came in, washed his hands, told me he was ready for a nap, and went to bed. Is that all I have to do for him to want to take a nap!?

Austa, Texas Stadium

Poor Irving. Losing its only claim to fame. It's been a good long run. We'll miss ya.
Thanks to Scott's sister for scoring us some amazing tickets and a friend for watching the kids, we got to go to the Cowboys vs Ravens game. Besides being incredibly cold, it was a lot of fun. And we were kind of used to seeing the Cowboys lose, anyway.

Tag Monster

I've been a little too ambitious lately. I've found so many things I want to make, many for the sake of saving money, and actually even finished a few. I found this Tag Monster pattern and instructions and couldn't help myself. You can see it here. This one was for a friend and hopefully Maggie's will be done soon. I love how it turned out.
